The machine uses the principle of electrolysis to reduce the copper ions in the solution into metallic copper and adsorb it on the cathode plate. The copper in the electroplating solution is recovered.
The circuit board etching process produces a large amount of etching waste liquid, which contains copper ions “100-170g/L”, ammonia, salt and ammonium chloride. The traditional treatment method is that circuit board companies sell it as waste liquid. They use it as raw material to produce sponge copper and other products by neutralization precipitation method, but a large amount of ammonium ions and a small amount of copper ions cannot be effectively utilized, resulting in a waste of resources.
While achieving the purpose of copper recovery, it saves sewage treatment costs and reduces production material costs.
The copper in electroplating or etching solutions is recovered by direct electrolysis. Direct electrolysis is to extract high-purity electrolytic copper through electrolytic deposition, so that the copper ions in alkaline etching waste liquid are reduced, and the etching solution is reused in the production line after component preparation. The advantages are: on the one hand, copper is recovered, and on the other hand, the etching solution is reused, which saves costs and is more environmentally friendly.
If the etching solution does not need to be recycled, the copper can be recovered by electrolysis and then treated on site. The disposal cost can be reduced through comprehensive utilization, and the pollutants can be treated to meet the required concentration.
