The recovery rate reaches over 99%, and gold and other precious metals with a purity of over 95~99.8% can be directly extracted.

 The content of precious metals in the waste liquid after recovery: silver can be lower than 5-20ppm, gold can be lower than 2-10ppm

Working Principle

The machine uses a rotating cathode and high-frequency pulse method to electrolytically recover gold and silver ions in the liquid. 

The principle of electrolysis is used to reduce precious metal ions in the liquid into metal blocks and adsorb them to the cathode barrel, thereby recovering high-purity gold and silver from the liquid.

Machine Features And Advantages

1. This machine uses rotating cathodes and high-frequency pulses for intelligent electrolytic recycling. It does not add any chemical reagents and only uses a small amount of electricity (150-250w) without the worry of secondary pollution.

2. This machine is small and compact, easy to operate and does not require special supervision.

3. It adopts fully anti-corrosion design and has long service life.

4. The machine has a large processing capacity. After combination, it can process more than 6,000-18,000 liters of silver-containing solution per month, and the treatment volume of gold-containing wastewater is halved.

9. Gold needs to be refined once, because gold is small and easy to spill, which will cause unnecessary waste.

Electrolyzer
